Our story

Built from a simple observation

Businesses spend on Instagram and Facebook ads, and the customers write on WhatsApp. Then the messages wait: the team is busy with the customer in front of them, or it's late, or it's the weekend.

We built Hayyak to close that gap. It answers from the business's own prices and rules, books real appointments, and passes anything sensitive to a person. We started with laundries and are expanding across the GCC.
